I have not found a way to use each application uninstallation to automate the dependency UNINSTALL. Forcing me to grab and assemble all the individual uninstall program types from each dependency application and putting all of them in the 'wrapper' parent application. This seems to be more work than needed, but it works. Obviously it would be preferred to use the deployment type program uninstalls in reverse of the dependency deployment.
